MultiCard 2.0
Reimagining Chase's authorized user experience from the ground up.
Building a digital experience for
authorized users
“MultiCard” refers to adding authorized users to existing accounts. Chase's current MultiCard experience for consumer card is very limited, while our competitors have more robust features and tools for authorized users.
By improving the MultiCard experience we helps our customers share their credit line, increase overall card spend, and collect information & leads on new potential customers.

Timeline
October 2024 - December 2025
In 2024, the previous MultiCard team conducted quant research to uncover the needs of authorized users and primary cardholders
With the quant research in our back pocket, we then conducted two workshops with the quad.
The first workshop was aimed to define tiers we would offer for authorized users.
The second workshop was to take the foundational quant work and prioritize features and capabilities we would include in the scope of the project.
