“MultiCard” refers to the ability to add authorized users to existing accounts. Chase's current MultiCard experience for consumer card is very limited, while our competitors have more robust features and tools for authorized users.
By improving the MultiCard experience we helps our customers share their credit line, increase overall card spend, and collect information & leads on new potential customers.
